Email [email protected] for any of the following:
- Wrong numbers. If a conversion looks off, send the page URL and the inputs. We’ll investigate and ship a fix.
- Missing units or converters. Tell us what you were trying to convert. Highly-searched units jump to the top of the backlog.
- Accessibility. We aim for WCAG 2.2 AA. If anything doesn’t work with your assistive technology, please report it.
- Press & partnerships. Same address.
We typically reply within two business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US and Turkish public holidays). Bug reports that include a reproducible URL and the exact input values are usually triaged the same day.
How to write a useful bug report
The single best thing you can include is the URL of the page you were on plus the exact value you typed. Screenshots help but aren’t required — the conversion math is deterministic, so the URL and the input are usually enough for us to reproduce a wrong result on the first try. If the issue depends on locale (a comma vs. a period as decimal separator, a different short-date format) please mention your browser language so we can match it.
Frequently asked
- Can I request a new converter or calculator?
- Yes — send the use case along with the request. We prioritize converters that solve a concrete workflow over generic “please add unit X” tickets. Linking to an existing tool you wish ours behaved like is helpful.
- Do you accept guest posts or paid links?
- No. We don’t accept guest posts, paid placements, or sponsored content of any kind. Email pitches asking about “link insertion” or “collab opportunities” will not get a reply.
- Is there an API?
- See the API page for the current status. The shortcut: a small subset of conversions is available; the full surface is on the roadmap but not yet committed to a release.
- Do you store my inputs?
- No. Every converter on the site runs entirely in your browser. Inputs never leave your device unless you explicitly send them to us in a support email.
- Where are you based?
- Istanbul, Turkey. Replies usually land in your inbox between 06:00 and 14:00 UTC.
